Le Chalet Clinic offers hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) in Canary Wharf as a wellness session, not a medical procedure: a self-contained AirPod at a mild 1.35 ATA, no mask, no bottled oxygen, no operator inside with you. It sits inside Canada Place Mall, a short walk from the Jubilee line, the DLR and the Elizabeth line.
Where we are
34 North Colonnade, Canada Place Mall, London E14 5HX— on the lower ground floor, Level −1, not at street level. Head down to the lower ground and find Waitrose & Partners; facing Waitrose, we are along to your left. The visit page has a floor plan and opening hours.
- Canary Wharf (Jubilee line) — three to five minutes on foot.
- Canary Wharf DLR — three to five minutes, through the mall.
- Canary Wharf (Elizabeth line) — a few minutes more, via Crossrail Place.
Open seven days: 9am–8pm Monday to Thursday, 9am–6pm Friday, 9am–5pm at the weekend.
What a session involves
You settle into the AirPod, lie back, and the pod pressurises gently to 1.35 ATA — about what you would feel 3.5 metres under water. Your ears notice it the way they do on a plane; a swallow or a yawn clears it, and you can slow the pressurisation yourself from inside. Then it is 45 minutes at full pressure breathing filtered air, followed by a gentle return to normal.
Sixty minutes in total. Wear something comfortable and loose (we have dressing gowns), skip the perfume, and bring whatever you want to do: a book, headphones, a laptop — or nothing, and sleep.

Fitting it into a Canary Wharf week
Where cryotherapy is a fifteen-minute jolt, hyperbaric is the opposite: an hour with the phone face down. Clients around Canada Square use it as the one protected slot in the week — early before the desk, or at the end of a heavy day before the train home. The first few sessions can leave you pleasantly sleepy that evening, so many people book it late in the day on purpose.
The two therapies combine well. Do cryotherapy first if you want to leave energised, or hyperbaric afterwards if you want to leave calm; the Longevity plan is built around one of each per week.
