- CryoWe provide gloves, socks, headband, ear-cover, slippers and a mask, with a short walkthrough of what to expect inside. Then three minutes in the chamber at minus ninety — sharp, focused cold to flush warm blood back through the system. Your host stays with you the whole way.Duration: 3–10 min
